Our client is a leading London M&E Service Provider, due to ongoing contract extensions and new contract wins, it is looking to hire an experienced Estimator.
As the Estimator, you will join a small sales team and be responsible for providing financial input onall bids from tender stage through to mobilisation and handover. You will work on new tenders and contract renewals.
All works are M&E based and require pricing, labour loading, identifying potential risks, costs and opportunities. You must have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running.
The selected Estimator must come from an engineering background and have an excellent understanding of FM, M&E, and Maintenance contracts. You will work on 4-5 jobs at any given time, with the majority having a value of £200k - £1m.

All of our clients contract are in and around London, although you will work from home, you will also be expected to carry out site visits.
